  • Hapa Fries:  Mixture of potato fries and taro fries.  Taro is root vegetable, slightly sweeter than potatoes but not as sweet as sweet potatoes.  Taro is traditionally served as poi in Hawaii.
  • Spam Musubi:  Sliced, cooked spam is served with rice and wrapped with nori(dried seaweed) and touch of teriyaki sauce.
  • Miso Soup:  Soy bean paste soup with diced tofu and green onions.
  • Poke and Rice:  Raw cubed tuna tossed with sliced onions, and seaweed, seasoned with our soy sauce based poke sauce.
  • Chicken and Vegetable Potstickers Potstickers are deep fried and comes with sweet and sour dipping sauce.  There are 5 bite size pieces of potstickers per order.
  • Vegetable and Noodle Spring Rolls:  These are almost like egg rolls.  Two rolls are cut in half so there are 4 bite size pieces per order.  Carrts, peas, corns, and noodles are wrapped in spring roll wrapper cooked till it's golden brown and served with sweet and sour dipping sauce.
  • Crispy Calamari Rings:  Deep fried but so~ good~.   Great appetizer for group of people to share.  Served with Creamy Asian herb dipping sauce. 
  • Coconut Shrimp Salad RollsCoconut shrimp goes in salad rolls with greens, noodles, and papaya salad.  Everything is wrapped in fresh rice paper, cute in to 8 bite size pieces and served with peanut dipping sauce.
  • Chicken and Noodles Salad Roll: Same roll as coconute shrimp salad roll except with chicken as main ingredient. 
  • Tofu Salad Rolls:  Same as other salad rolls just with seared tofu inside. VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY!
  • Tofu Curry Meal:  Tofu curry is served with rice and choice of two sides.  Seared tofu is served with Thai red curry sauce.
  • Teriyaki Tofu:  Also served with rice and choice of two sides with teriyaki sauce.
  • Tofu and Vegetable Garlic Butter Noodle:  Stir-fried udon noodles with vegetables.
  • Asian Tofu Salad:  Slices of tofu is served with mixture of greens, mandarin oranges and topped with crispy wontons.  
  • Kalua Pork Sandwich:  Pulled pork on Hawaiian sweet bread.  The sweetness of the bread and saltiness oif the pork with touch of BBQ onions creats perfect combo.  It's served with colesalw and fries.
  • Grilled Chicken Salad:  Mixture of greens, mandarin oranges, sliced grilled chicken breat topped with crispy wontons served with sesame soy ginger vinaigrette.
  • Garlic Butter Seafood Shanghai Noodles:  Stir-fried Udon (thick rice noodles) with vegetables, calamari and prawns. 
  • Loco Moco:  Rice, grilled hamburger patties, eggs over easy with gravy and scoop of macaroni salad (no substitution allowed on this dish!  It is what it is!!)
  • Hawaiian Pork Lau Lau:  Lau Lau is one of Hawaii's traditional foods.  It is normally served at Luau.  Lau Lau is cooked in banana leaf, served with kalua pork, rice, macaroni salad, and poke.
  • Kalua Pork:  Our most popular item on the menu.  It is slow roasted pulled pork with touch of salty and smoky flavor.
  • Ginger Dark Soy Braised Pork Pot Roast:  It is not spicy at all.  Extremely tender, braised pot roast is topped with apple and pineapple sauce.
  • Lemongrass Grilled Chicken:  Lemongrass is herb grown in Southeast Asia.  It doesn't taste like lemon but it has citrus flavor to it.  It is blended into a sauce and grilled.
  • Teriyaki Chicken:  Our Chicken is boneless skinless both dark and white meat.  Grilled, sliced and served with our teriyaki sauce.
  • Hapa's BBQ Chicken:  Our hoisen based BBQ sauce is glazed on the chicken and grilled.  Not as sweet as teriyaki but BBQ sauce glazed chicken brings out great flavor.
  • Korean Style Teriyaki Beef (Bulgogi):  Thinly sliced beef is marinated in our bulgogi marinate and grilled.  Extremely tender and flavorful.
  • Korean Kalbi Short Ribs:  Think sliced short ribs are marinated and grilled.  Slightly fattier than bulgogi but adds great flavor to the dish.
  • Hapa's BBQ Baby Back Ribs:  Pork Ribs are braised till it's ready to fall off the bones then glazed with our BBQ sauce and grilled. 
  • Crispy Chicken Katsu:  Japanese style breaded chicken served with Katsu dipping sauce.  It is not Hawaiian BBQ sauce it's just KATSU sauce.  :)
  • Macadamia Nut Crusted Mahi Mahi:  Grilled Mahi Mahi is crusted with macadamia nut crust and adds nutty flavor and texture to the fish.
  • Teriyaki Grilled Salmon Fillet:  Glazed with our teriyaki sauce and grilled.
  • Coconut Milk Curry Tiger Prawns:  Simply grilled prawns are served with Thai red curry sauce.  It has little kick to it but it is mild down with coconut milk.
  • Gratin Potatoes: Aka cheesy potatoes ;)  It is like scallop potatoes.  Sliced potatoes are cooked with cream and herbs, and topped with cheese.
  • Yakisoba Noodles:  Egg noodles stir-fried with our yakisoba sauce and touch of butter.
  • Macaroni Salad:  Island style macaroni salad, one of our most popular side item.
  • Seared Tofu:  It is not deep fried.  Firm tofu is sliced and cooked to add texture then served with sesame soy ginger vinaigrette (served cold).
  • Steamed Vegetables:  Plain steamed.  Green cabbages, carrots, and broccoli.
  • Green Salad:  Mixed Greens are served with Creamy Asian Herb Dressing. 
  • Coleslaw:  Tossed to order to keep it nice and crunchy.
  • Kim Chee:  It is spicy picked fermented cabbage.
